What is an App Clip?
An App Clip is a small part of an app that lets you complete a task quickly - like collecting a loyalty stamp - without downloading the full app. It launches instantly when you tap an NFC tag or scan a QR code.
How do I use the App Clip?
Simply hold your iPhone near the NFC tag at a participating store. The App Clip will automatically appear - tap "Open" to collect your stamp. No download required!
Which iPhones support App Clips?
App Clips are supported on iPhone 7 and later running iOS 14 or newer. For NFC tap functionality, you need iPhone 7 or later.
The App Clip won't open. What should I do?
Make sure your iPhone is unlocked, NFC is enabled (Settings → General → NFC), and you're holding the top of your phone near the NFC tag. If issues persist, email us at support@the-loyalty-club.com.

How do I collect stamps?
Simply tap your phone on the NFC tag at participating stores. Your stamp will be automatically added to your digital loyalty card. You'll see a confirmation screen showing your progress.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you've collected enough stamps, a voucher will appear in your wallet. Show this voucher to the store staff to claim your free reward. The voucher includes a QR code that staff can scan to verify and redeem it.
Do I need to download an app?
No! Membber uses Apple's App Clip technology, which means you can collect stamps instantly without downloading anything. The App Clip launches automatically when you tap the NFC tag.
My stamp didn't register. What do I do?
First, make sure NFC is enabled on your phone (Settings → General → NFC on iPhone). Try tapping the top back of your phone on the NFC tag. If the issue persists, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.
How do I view my stamps and vouchers?
Visit the-loyalty-club.com/app and sign in with your phone number to view all your loyalty cards, stamps, and available vouchers across all participating stores.
Is my data secure?

Can I use this on Android?
